What does a corporate golf day cost?

Corporate golf day quotes are rarely like-for-like, so it pays to know exactly what should be included before you compare them. Here is what a complete, all-inclusive On The Tee day covers, what shapes the price, and how to get a tailored quote.

What you get

One price. Genuinely everything in it.

On The Tee days are quoted per event and they are all-inclusive in the truest sense. There are no per-element add-ons, no surprise line items, and nothing your guests need to pay for on the day. From the first coffee to the highlight reel that lands two days later, every part of the experience below is built into a single, transparent quote.

01 · The host team

A PGA professional for every six guests

Your day is hosted end to end by Danny Midgelow and a hand-picked team of PGA Teaching Professionals, at a ratio of one pro per six players. Nobody waits around, nobody gets lost in the crowd, and there is always an expert at your group's shoulder. You turn up and host; we run every minute.

02 · The coaching morning

Four hours, four stations, real improvement

A full morning across putting, chipping and bunkers, pitching, and full swing, the last with video analysis and launch-monitor data. Complete beginners are striking the ball properly by lunch, and seasoned players leave with something genuinely useful. This is what makes the day work for a mixed group.

03 · The afternoon golf

9 or 18 holes, built so everyone counts

A Texas Scramble team competition where the group plays the best shot each time, so a beginner's lucky putt can win the hole. Closest-to-pin, longest drive and a winning team keep every group competitive to the last green, whatever their handicap.

04 · Food & drink

Fed and watered from arrival to finish

Coffee and a breakfast roll on arrival, a clubhouse lunch with the format brief and team draw, and an optional dinner with prize-giving to round off the day. Dietary requirements are handled with the final numbers, locked seven days out.

05 · Branded & gifted

Your company, all over the day

A tee gift bag for every guest, branded scorecards, and real prizes on the line for the competitions. Your guests leave with something in hand and your name attached to a day they enjoyed.

06 · The content

Photography and a highlight reel

A photographer captures the day, and a 60-second highlight reel is with you within 48 hours, ready to share internally, post on LinkedIn, or send to the clients who came. It also gives you a natural reason to follow up.

Also included as standard: the venue and green fees, full use of the practice facilities, all coaching equipment and technology, event organisation and scoring, and a single point of contact from first enquiry to prize-giving. The only thing not in the price is anything you choose to add, an overnight stay, an upgraded dinner, extra branding.

Format A · Intimate  12 guests · 2 teams of 6 · highest engagement per guest Format B · Full Team  24 guests · 4 teams of 6 · best value per head

Your quote, the next morning

Because every element above is included, the only things that change your price are the venue, the format and your guest numbers. Tell us those on a quick call and we will send a single all-inclusive figure, with no add-ons to decode, by the next morning.

What shapes your quote

Three things that move the number.

The venue. Our three Cheshire venues sit at different price points, from a coaching-rich parkland centre to a championship course to a full resort with hotel and spa. The setting is the single biggest factor in your quote.

The format. A full-team day of 24 spreads the fixed coaching and hosting cost across more guests, so the per-head figure is lower than an intimate day of 12. Both include exactly the same morning, lunch and afternoon.

Anything you add. The core day is all-inclusive. Optional extras, an overnight stay-and-play, an upgraded dinner, additional branding, are the only things on top, and they are always agreed up front.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does a corporate golf day cost per person in the UK?
On The Tee days are quoted per event and are fully all-inclusive. One price covers the PGA coaching team, the venue and green fees, all food and drink, branded gifts and prizes, photography and a 60-second highlight reel, with no per-element add-ons. Your figure depends only on the venue you choose, the format (an intimate 12-guest day or a full-team day of 24) and your numbers. Tell us those on a short call and we send a tailored, all-inclusive quote the next morning.
What is usually included in the price?
Most packages include the round of golf, use of practice facilities, and catering such as a breakfast roll and lunch. Coaching-led days also include PGA tuition, branded scorecards, tee gifts, photography and full hosting. Always check whether dinner, prizes and buggies are included or extra.
What makes a corporate golf day more expensive?
The main drivers are venue tier (resort versus club), whether you include a hotel stay, the standard of catering and dinner, group size, the time of year, and the level of hosting and tuition. Adding coaching, branding and photography raises the per-head cost but lifts the experience well above a standard tee-time booking.
Is a coaching-led golf day worth the extra cost?
For a corporate audience, yes, because it solves the biggest problem with corporate golf: mixed ability. Coaching means beginners enjoy the day rather than endure it, which protects your investment in client relationships or team morale. A cheap day that half your guests hate is poor value at any price.
How do I get an accurate quote?
Costs depend on numbers, venue, catering and format, so the fastest route is a short call. Tell us your guest numbers and rough date and we will send a tailored quote and venue recommendation the next morning.
